Paigow Football
Responsible Play
How PoolHouse keeps the current experience social, points-based, and separate from real-money gaming.
Draft updated October 5, 2026
1. Current boundary
The proposed launch model treats Paigow Football as free entertainment and friendly competition using points or non-cash units. PoolHouse would not accept Paigow deposits, hold prize money, distribute cash winnings, or authorize a percentage of player pots.
2. No external wagering feature
PoolHouse does not endorse using Paigow to make or settle private wagers. Players and commissioners must not use invitations, pool descriptions, messages, ledgers, or other features to organize unlawful betting.
3. Player controls
You can control notification categories, disable phone alerts, leave optional play, sign out, and permanently delete your account. Future product work should add break reminders, voluntary play limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion before any legally approved paid format is considered.
4. When to take a break
Stop and seek help if sports picks are causing distress, conflict, secrecy, chasing losses, borrowing, missed obligations, or difficulty stopping. Free play can still be unhealthy when it interferes with daily life.
5. Help resources
In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER or visit the National Problem Gambling Helpline. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
For a PoolHouse account or notification break, contact anthony@ai-im.ai.
6. Requirements before paid play
Any future money product must have attorney-approved jurisdictions, age and identity verification, precise geolocation, responsible-play limits, cooling off and self-exclusion, compliant payment custody, fraud monitoring, tax handling, regulator disclosures, and separate effective terms. It will not be activated merely by changing these pages.
