Community Standards

The proposed rules for Player IDs, friendships, invitations, pool participation, fair play, and reporting.

Draft updated October 5, 2026

1. Player identity

Use a Player ID and display name that you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, expose another person’s private information, or use names containing threats, slurs, sexually explicit content, or targeted harassment.

2. Friends and invitations

Send friend requests and game invitations only to people you reasonably believe want to receive them. Repeated unwanted requests, spam, evasion of a block, or using multiple accounts to contact someone are prohibited.

3. Respectful participation

Do not threaten, bully, stalk, discriminate against, shame, exploit, or encourage harm toward another person. Disagreement about a pick, score, or result does not justify abuse.

4. Fair play

Submit only your own picks. Do not share accounts, collude to manipulate standings, exploit access to hidden cards, use automated entry tools, falsify results, interfere with locks, abuse a software defect, or create duplicate accounts to gain an advantage.

5. No unlawful money activity

Do not use PoolHouse to solicit, collect, route, advertise, record, or settle an unlawful sports wager. Do not represent that PoolHouse guarantees or administers a private payment.

6. Content and security

Do not post or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material. Do not probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt PoolHouse security or infrastructure except through an authorized security-testing program.

7. Reports and enforcement

Report a problem through Paigow Support or email anthony@ai-im.ai. Include the relevant Player ID, matchup or pool, approximate time, and a concise description. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification.

PoolHouse may warn a user, remove content, limit social features, void affected entries, suspend an account, or terminate access based on severity, repetition, safety, integrity, and available evidence. Users may request review through Support.
