1. Scope and contact
This notice applies to PoolHouse websites, account services, pool-management tools, Paigow Football, the iOS test application, support, and related communications. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to anthony@ai-im.ai.

3. Sources
We receive information directly from you, from commissioners or participants who invite you or submit pool information, automatically from your browser or app, and from providers supporting authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, push notifications, and sports data.
4. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts and keep users signed in.
- Operate pools, friendships, picks, scoring, standings, alerts, and support.
- Process PoolHouse software purchases and maintain transaction records.
- Detect abuse, duplicate or unauthorized access, fraud, errors, and security incidents.
- Debug, measure, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.
5. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that process it for PoolHouse, including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting and analytics, Stripe for eligible software purchases, and Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft for notification delivery to supported devices and browsers. Sports-data requests are server-to-server and are not intended to include player account information.
Information may also be disclosed when you direct us, to other pool members as required for gameplay, in a business transaction, to protect users or the Services, or when reasonably required by law or legal process.
PoolHouse does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Player and pool visibility
Season rankings include every submitted H2H and Pool card, including existing saved submissions. The same team, league and pick type counts once per player per weekly slate across contests, using the first submitted line. Full contest submissions remain saved separately. Aggregate accuracy and finalized pick counts update as games finish. After both games are final, signed-in Paigow members can see completed H2H card details, together with your display name, Player ID and season totals. Private Pool card details remain restricted to you and eligible Pool participants under the Pool visibility rules. Unfinished selections, your sign-in email and private rivalry history are not shared through rankings. Season snapshots preserve your record if an individual contest expires or is removed; account deletion removes the connected snapshots.
Your Player ID and display name help other users find and invite you. Friends, opponents, pool members, and commissioners may see information needed for the relevant game, including display name, submitted-card state, revealed picks, scores, rank, and history. Your sign-in email is not intended to be public, although commissioners may receive participant emails in non-Paigow pool tools.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, preserve game integrity, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or transaction-record obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and will be converted into a formal schedule before this notice becomes effective.
You can permanently delete your PoolHouse account through Account Settings. PoolHouse deletes or anonymizes connected records where supported. Service providers may retain transaction, security, backup, or legal records under their own obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
You may edit your Player ID and display name, change your email or password, control Paigow notification categories, disable iOS notifications, sign out, and delete your account. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights and an appeal process. PoolHouse will verify a request before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Security
PoolHouse uses authentication, encrypted network connections, access controls, database row-level security, restricted administrative credentials, and other safeguards appropriate to the current Services. No storage or transmission system is perfectly secure.
10. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. The planned eligibility standard is 18 or older. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Location and changes
The Services are operated in the United States. If you access them elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States. We may update this notice as the product or law changes and will identify the revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice when appropriate.
